The Light Uniformity Algorithm ensures uniform light exposure across all layers, with a uniformity rate of ≥90%. This reduces dimensional errors, delivering consistent and high-quality prints even on larger models.

The advanced COB light source, combined with a Fresnel lens, ensures precise light distribution with an angle of only 3°. This eliminates stray light interference and provides uniform illumination, improving print detail and accuracy.

The new ACF film reduces surface texture, allowing for better light penetration and smoother resin release. This results in faster print times and higher print success rates, reducing the chance of layer separation.

The overall rated power of the machine is 66W.

With Anycubic's High Speed Resin 2.0, the Photon Mono 4 Ultra can reach a printing speed of up to 120mm/h at 0.1mm layer height, a 60% speed increase over its predecessor. Standard resin can print at a maximum of 80mm/h.

The Photon Mono 4 Ultra features failed print detection that monitors anomalies like cracks, detachment, or layer separation. When issues are detected, the printer pauses and notifies the user, helping prevent wasted resin and time.

You can print highly detailed models, miniatures, and complex designs with ease. The combination of 10K resolution and precise optical adjustments ensures models with intricate details and smooth surfaces.

The printer includes residual resin detection and automatic resin level monitoring. It will alert users to clean any solid residues in the vat and notify them when the resin level is too low for the next print.
