    For Filament Installation

    • 1. Install the Chip: Replace the intelligent identification chip, ensuring it’s properly aligned for accurate identification.

    • 2. Load the Filament: Open the spool, align the filament with the latch, and snap it into place.

    • 3. Locking the Spool: Close the spool, press firmly, and rotate until you hear a 'click,' confirming it's locked.

    • 4. Prepare the Filament: Once the spool is locked, remove the bonding strap and thread the filament into the spool hole.

    • 5. Label the Filament: Attach the provided ID sticker to the designated area.

    What are the recommended printing settings for using Anycubic Spooless PLA filament?

    For optimal results, it’s recommended to pre-dry the filament at 45℃–50℃ for 6–8 hours. During printing, use a temperature range of 190℃–230℃ with a heated bed set between 55℃–65℃. A printing speed of 50–200 mm/s, and a maximum volunme speed of 12 mm³/s are advised to achieve high-quality prints while maintaining material integrity.
