Super fast delivery, very securely packaged. Printer was really easy to get up and running and I even got sent a couple bottles of resin for free with my purchase which was a very nice surprise.
Complete beginner to 3D Printing but after watching some YouTube videos and setting up the Printer, I have been using it all week and not had a single failed print. I'm astonished by the excellent results from printing tiny model parts to a large figurine.
Good price and a superfast delivery. Set up took a few minutes and the test print showed the level of detail the M7 is capable of. Had a small leek from the resin tray - the screws were loose on one side. Now it works so well and I recommend it to all.
The mono M7 is an excellent printer with a large print bed. Only downside I have had is that the fan is quite loud. Not a problem if you print in a separate room. Other than that I highly recommend it!
Customer service 1/10 I reached out to them 2x still no reply after 2weeks. They sended me a wrong size screen protector, and I had problems with the shipping.
Printer tho is 10/10.
Thats why my overall rate is 4/5 star
I'd been putting off replacing my ageing monoX for a while-reluctant to splash the cash-until the day the fep split and filled my old workhorse with a decent quantity of resin. So I bit the bullet( anycubic were conveniently having a sale) and put up the £299 for a new Mono 7. Am I glad I had a severe resin leak? YES! This thing is streets ahead of it's ancestor. Both in size and speed. The build plate is significantly bigger than the old machine,so I can fit more onto it-completing models in one or two prints,as opposed to three, four or even five prints. What used to take all day,now takes a matter of hours. The new software is a revelation too-I have had a couple of fails, but that's down to me-not the machine. All in all-ten out of ten for this massive upgrade!
All ordered goods arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition.
I haven't had a chance to try them yet as I'm currently redecorating and rearranging my hobby room, however I don't expect any problems as my previous Photon M3 worked really well for over 2 years, and has now been passed to my grandson as his introduction to resin printing.
I bought this printer in order to get a rush job completed, set up was easy and slicing with Photon workshop was pretty intuitive. I send the job via WiFi and using Anycubic High Clear resin, the parts printed quicker than expected with excellent results. Unfortunately an NDA prevents any images.
I absolutely love this printer, it's amazing. Great print quality, great UI, great size, great speed. And it comes with rubber feet so it doesn't slide on surfaces :)
I do have two small complaints though. Firstly, it comes with ACF film which is generally better for speed than quality so some people (including me) choose to replace it with nFEP/PFA. It would be nice to have some kind of option at checkout for nFEP or ACF. Also a proper pour spout on the resin vat would be great.
The second problem I have is that the printer has loads of amazing smart features which aren't advertised or explained anywhere! It has plenty of great features which work brilliantly like failed print detection, pressure sensing, leveling detection, resin level sensors, release film lifespan management and solid residue detection. These futures are all incredible but for some reason they aren't advertised!
If you want more help deciding if this is the printer for you I'd highly recommend watching the review by FauxHammer on youtube which explains all the positives and negatives of this printer and his experience with it. Personally, I think it's a fantastic machine though.
