Being a newbie to the 3D printing world, I screwed up the extruder that came with the printer. Still don't know how that ABS got outside of the hot end and coated the extrude, but still. The order process from Anycubic was simple and the shipment from China surprisingly quick, and then the replacement method was exactly as shown on the Anycubic wiki site. All good.
