Rapid despatch and delivery of this my 2nd Ace Pro paired with the Kobra S 1. Having tried 3rd party solutions for linking the feeder tubes to the printer ptfe feed tube and having little success due to internal clearance issues I've ordered a pro hub from Anycubic UK store. Hopefully it won't take a month to arrive like some filaments purchased.

Ace pro is excellent, can’t say the same for the delivery company, absolutely useless, just be mindful if you order one they are sent through the worst courier in the uk, mine went missing for over a week, customer care at Anycubic weren’t much better at solving the issue or replying to my emails or chat messages. I am relatively new to 3D printing. I Started with a Anycubic Kobra 2 Neo about 3 months ago. If I’m honest I didn’t expect to be very impressed. But instantly I was addicted. The possibilities blew my mind. So I wanted bigger, and multicolour. The Anycubic Kobra 3 max combo meets both of these requirements. Although I have been at it a few months now. I still find myself just watching the print process and getting lost in it. I cannot remember the last time this sort of sum of money, have bought me so much enjoyment. The ace pro is genius. and has just taken the whole thing to the next level. One of my work colleagues has ordered the Kobra 3 combo as I am constantly raving about my printers. And taking either actual prints, or pics of my prints into work. It has become a bit of a thing. Thank you. Keep up the good work. I can’t wait to see where this takes me.

How can I print in 8 colors?

Currently, the ACE Pro multi-color printer box supports up to four-color printing. For eight-color printing, it requires the use of a professional hub, along with two Anycubic Color Engine Pro units connected simultaneously. This professional accessory is expected to be released in the near future. Please stay updated through our official channels for further information on its availability.

Can the ACE Pro be used with filaments without intelligent identification chip?

Yes. The ACE Pro can precisely detect Intelligent Identification Filament and automatically optimize printer settings for the best results. If users print with filaments that lack an intelligent identification chip, the ACE Pro will not automatically detect the material and color.

Can the ACE Pro be installed on either the left or right side of the Kobra 3?

We highly recommend installing the ACE Pro device on the left side of the Kobra 3 printer. This suggestion is based on the design specifications of the Teflon tube and hub accessories, which are optimized for placement on the left side.
Placing the ACE Pro device on the right side may potentially interfere with the smooth advancement of the filament, leading to irregular filament feed. Therefore, to ensure optimal performance and functionality, we advise adhering to the left side installation.

Can the ACE Pro run standalone to dry without control from Kobra 3?

No. The ACE Pro includes heating elements for drying, but it is controlled by the Kobra 3, it cannot be used independently without the control of the Kobra 3.

Does ACE Pro support PLA Matte?

When using PLA matte, the ACE Pro may experience compatibility limitations, which can affect the stability and consistency of print quality. To ensure optimal print quality, our product team recommends using a dedicated printer when printing with PLA Matte, and avoiding concurrent printing jobs with other materials. This will maximize print quality.
