Nice to know that you're now interested in my opinion. You weren't so interested in my opinion when you sold me a refurbished 3D printer at full price, then refused to admit it despite being provided with evidence.

Excellent
Surprised how little wear and damage has been done to the first film, despite dozens of prints, equalling 100s of hours.
The old film was fogged up and scratched, so I ordered 5 new ones. The only slight downside to the problem is that you have to order them with a plastic surround meaning that the whole thing has to go into the bin when replaced since it cannot be recycled. I ran a quick test print before going away for a week's holiday and the print came out perfectly, so really happy. I was on my third cycle of prints using the old film so I think that the on screen advice saying that the film has reached the end of it's life could be extended by a few more prints. I also think that the fact that it is not mandatory that the film be replaced when it 'expires' should be made clearer.

The film arrived with a bit of waiting due to coming from China. However, it was easy to reapply. Once everything was screwed in, the film worked perfectly and all was in correct order. Easy and clean. Thanks AnyCubic.

Ordered a spare resin vat and fep sheets for my Max 7, as they were at a great price, unfortunately the few sheets were damaged on delivery, I put in a request and some more were sent out, which arrive with no problem, cant fault anycubic they are quick to respond to any issue and sort it out.

Would have been good to have been told the release film was out of stock when the order was placed rather than have to chase the order after several days to find no stock was available. Films dispatched and arrived quickly when new stock was available.

The release fim itself is ok 👍 however the service is absolutely diabolical nearly a month waiting for it to arrive, absolutely no communication about where it is when it will arrive BEWARE ANYCUBIC SUX.

I find a general problem with the website lacking in information about the products. In this case Anycubic offer 3 different release films, 2 of which are suitable for my machine, but no explanation as to which one to choose and why. To be fair, I sent the question to Anycubic who got back to me quickly with an answer but it should be there on the website.

well, buying was easy, delivery was as expected, but first use a disappointment, how to fit correctly? no instructions or guidelines, and then after fitting, switching on, re-levelling immediately the familiar message ‘please replace the release film in a timely manner’ and then after only 3 days or 8 prints the catastrophic failure of the ‘new’ film, not happy
