Refund Policy

Request reimbursement service

  • Before your order ships, you can always email us to let us know about the refund and state your reason. We will refund your money within seven (7) business days .
  • Within seven (7) days of receipt of a product if the product has no manufacturing defects and is still in new condition. After receiving the returned product, we will refund your money within 7 business days.
  • Within seven (7) days of receipt of a product if the product has a manufacturing defect. After receiving the returned product, we will refund your money within 7 business days.

 

No refund service will be provided

  • It is requested beyond seven (7) calendar days after receiving a product.
  • A product sent to Anycubic for Return and Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments, or packaging, or any item that is not new or like-new, ie, with cracks, dents, or scratches.
  • A legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
  • Any product failure or damage is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, ingress of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
  • Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
  • Product damage is due to uncontrollable external factors such as fire, flood, strong wind or lightning.
  • A product is not delivered to Anycubic within seven (7) calendar days after the Refund Service confirmation is sent from Anycubic.
  • Other circumstances indicated in this policy.

 

Shipping cost should be covered by the buyer in the following situations

  • Return of products for any reason other than a proven defect
  • Accidental Buyer Returns
  • Return of personal items
  • Return of items that are allegedly defective but determined to be in working order by Anycubic quality control
  • Return of defective items in international shipments
  • Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any return made outside of the approved warranty process).
