15-Day Price Guarantee
1. Price Guarantee Period
This policy covers price differences occurring within 15 days of the purchase date, but only for purchases made during the 9th Anniversary Sale.
2. Eligible Products
The Price Protection Policy applies to all products participating in the promotion.
3. How to Request Price Guarantee
Customers must request price guarantee within 15 days of purchase via email or online customer service.
Requests must include the purchase order number, product name, and proof of price change (such as a promotional advertisement, screenshot, etc.).
4. Price Comparison
The price difference will be calculated based on the actual paid price and the reduced price of the purchased product. The compared prices must be for the same model, specification, color, and other identical conditions of the product.
5. Refund Method
The price difference will be refunded via the original payment account. Refund processing time is generally 3-7 business days after the request is approved.
6. Exclusions
Price errors or false prices due to human error are not covered under this policy.
Promotional events, limited-time offers, clearance items, and other specially marked items not applicable for price protection are excluded.
7. Modifications and Termination
The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Price Guarantee Policy. Any changes or termination will be communicated in advance through the company website or other channels.
8. Miscellaneous
